We fry the chicken and top it with a roasted red pepper garlic butter
served with garden vegetables and rice pilaf

fresh Cod topped with swiss cheese and bread crumbs, baked and served with mashed
potatoes and vegetable medley

Montreal Pork Chop
10oz chop served with home-style mashed potatoes and corn

Bay Scallop Casserole
sweet bay scallops baked in a  white wine butter, topped with lemon bread crumbs

Red Pepper Gorgonzola Sirloin
This Steak is the best! Char-grilled to perfection, topped with a blend of Gorgonzola
cheese, roasted red peppers and garlic

Chicken Medley
a medley of chicken sauteed with mushrooms, garlic, spinach,
black olives and tomatoes
tossed with penne pasta and feta cheese

Paul's Burger
a 1/2 pound burger, served opened faced topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions,
served with mashed potatoes and gravy

Almost a pound of chicken in bite size pieces with our wicked sauce, served with celery
and bleu cheese dressing for dipping
